Dr.Feelgood este o trupă britanică de pub rock fondată în 1971 în Canvey Island, Essex. Muzica lor se inspiră din rhythm and blues și se distinge printr-un sunet energic și crud. În 1976, trupa a atins vârful clasamentului britanic de albume cu înregistrarea live Stupidity.
Compilația The U.A. Years a apărut inițial în mai 1989 și acum este disponibilă pentru prima dată pe vinil. Albumul dublu prezintă 26 de înregistrări care urmăresc cariera trupei, inclusiv piese cunoscute precum She Does It Right, Roxette, Back in the Night și Milk and Alcohol. Colecția surprinde cea mai bună perioadă a lor și redă stilul caracteristic al Dr.Feelgood – chitara tăioasă, vocea agresivă și energia nervoasă care a definit pub rock-ul britanic din anii șaptezeci.
