Gustavo Santaolalla este un muzician, compozitor și producător argentinian cunoscut pentru coloanele sale sonore de film. Lucrările sale se caracterizează printr-o abordare minimalistă și o încărcătură emoțională puternică.
Albumul The Last of Us pe dublu vinil conține muzica pentru jocul video The Last of Us. Coloana sonoră a apărut într-o ediție gatefold de lux și cuprinde în total 30 de piese distribuite pe două discuri de vinil. Primul LP include compoziții precum The Quarantine Zone, The Outbreak sau The Choice, în timp ce al doilea LP conține piese precum Infected, Breathless sau The Path (A New Beginning). Muzica lui Santaolalla subliniază atmosfera post-apocaliptică a acestui joc premiat.
