Conception este o trupă norvegiană de progressive metal din Raufoss, activă între 1989 și 1997, reînființată ulterior în 2018. Sunetul lor caracteristic îmbină power metalul cu elemente de flamenco în părțile de chitară și voci de operă.
Albumul Flow a fost lansat în 1997 de casa de discuri BMG, fiind ultimul album de studio din epoca originală a trupei. Conține 13 piese, printre care Flow (titulară), Angel (Come Walk with Me), A Virtual Lovestory, Gethsemane și versiunea demo a piesei Cry. Din punct de vedere sonor, acesta este cel mai reprezentativ material Conception.
La album au contribuit chitaristul Tore Østby și vocalistul Roy Khan.
