Edenbridge este o trupă austriacă de symphonic metal condusă de compozitorul Lanvall și solista Sabine Edelsbacher. Fondată în 1998, trupa și-a construit o poziție solidă pe scena metalului simfonic, combinând riff-urile grele de chitară, aranjamentele orchestrale și vocea de soprană.
Albumul Shangri-La a fost lansat în 2022 de casa de discuri AFM Records. Dvoialbumul conține 26 de piese împărțite pe două discuri — primul include versiunile vocale complete, iar al doilea oferă versiunea instrumentală a întregului album. Printre piesele distinctive se numără epica At First Light de optsprezece minute, amplua suită în mai multe părți The Bonding (Part 2) și piesa titulară The Road to Shangri-La. Albumul continuă sound-ul caracteristic al trupei, care îmbină energia power metalului cu elemente simfonice.
La înregistrare a participat o formulă de cinci membri: Sabine Edelsbacher (voce), Lanvall (chitară, clape), Dominik Sebastian (chitară), Johannes Jungreithmeier (tobe) și Steve Hall (chitară bas).
