Gloryhammer este o trupă britanică de power metal, fondată în 2010 de claviatistul Christopher Bowes, cunoscut din trupa scoțiană de metal Alestorm. Versurile abordează povești fantasy, conflicte epice și istorie scoțiană ficțională, iar trupa se prezintă în costume de vrăjitori și cavaleri, definindu-se drept „Heroic Fantasy Power Metal”.
Legends From Beyond the Galactic Terrorvortex este al treilea album de studio al trupei, lansat la 31 mai 2019 la casa de discuri Napalm Records. Albumul cuprinde 10 piese de power metal simfonic, printre care se remarcă The Siege of Dunkeld (In Hoots We Trust), Power of the Laser Dragon Fire și piesa finală de douăsprezece minute The Fires of Ancient Cosmic Destiny. Acesta este ultimul album la care a contribuit vocalistul Thomas Winkler.
La înregistrare, formația a avut următoarea componență de cinci membri: Thomas Winkler (voce), Paul Templing (chitară), James Cartwright (chitară bas), Christopher Bowes (clape) și Ben Turk (tobe).
