Trupa americană de rock Grateful Dead, fondată în 1965 în California, era cunoscută pentru stilul său eclectic care îmbina elemente de psihedelic rock, folk, bluegrass, jazz și country. Au devenit celebri pentru improvizațiile lungi din timpul concertelor live și pentru baza de fani devotați cunoscută sub numele de „Deadheads”.
Albumul Europe '72, Vol. 22: Lyceum Theatre, London, England 5/26/72 a fost lansat în 2011 la casa de discuri Grateful Dead Records și documentează ultimul concert al turneului european al trupei din mai 1972. Setul de patru CD-uri cuprinde 31 de piese, inclusiv versiuni extinse ale hiturilor precum Playing in the Band, Truckin', Morning Dew sau The Other One. Concertul de la legendarul Lyceum Theatre din Londra rămâne unul dintre cele mai celebre din istoria trupei.
