Steve Hackett este un chitarist și compozitor englez care s-a remarcat ca membru al formației de rock progresiv Genesis, unde a activat între 1971 și 1977. După plecare s-a dedicat unei cariere solo; în 2010 a fost introdus în Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Albumul A Midsummer Night's Dream apare într-o reediție pe vinyl în 2025. Inspirat de comedia lui Shakespeare, lucrarea cuprinde 18 piese cu titluri care fac referire la personajele și locațiile piesei — Titania, Oberon, Puck, Helena sau The Lunatic, the Lover and the Poem. Stilul caracteristic de chitară al lui Hackett îmbină energia rock cu elemente clasice și progresive.
