Inspiral Carpets sunt o trupă rock britanică din Oldham, care a devenit unul dintre principalii exponenți ai valului madchester de la sfârșitul anilor '80 și începutul anilor '90. S-au remarcat prin utilizarea caracteristică a orgii Hammond și a chitarelor distorsionate, cu influențe din rock-ul psihedelic.
Compilația The Complete Singles a fost lansată în 2023 de casa de discuri BMG pe 3 CD-uri și oferă o imagine de ansamblu completă a celor mai importante înregistrări single ale trupei. Colecția include în total 38 de piese, printre care nu lipsesc hituri esențiale precum This Is How It Feels, She Comes in the Fall, Saturn 5 și Dragging Me Down. Cel de-al treilea disc include și versiuni remix, inclusiv de Jon Dasilva.
Cea mai de succes formulă a trupei i-a inclus pe vocalistul Tom Hingley, bateristul Craig Gill, chitaristul Graham Lambert, basistul Martyn Walsh și claviaturistul Clint Boon.
