Lamb of God este o formație americană de heavy metal din Richmond, Virginia, considerată parte din noul val al heavy metal-ului american. Cântă groove metal cu elemente de metalcore și thrash metal.
Albumul Ashes Of The Wake apare într-o reeditare aniversară de 20 de ani pe dublu CD. Primul disc conține albumul original cu unsprezece piese, inclusiv Laid To Rest, Omerta și piesa care dă titlul albumului Ashes of the Wake. Al doilea disc aduce trei piese demo de pre-producție, o piesă nouă (Another Nail For Your Coffin) cu participarea formațiilor Kublai Khan TX și Malevolence, remix-uri semnate de Health și Justin K. Broadrick, și două înregistrări live. Albumul original a fost lansat în 2004 la casa de discuri Epic.
La album au participat Randy Blythe, Mark Morton, Willie Adler, John Campbell și Chris Adler.
