M People este o trupă britanică de muzică house care s-a format în 1990 și a obținut un succes notabil pe parcursul anilor '90. Numele trupei provine de la prima literă a prenumelui lui Mike Pickering, membru fondator.
Compilația Gold pe trei CD-uri a apărut în 2019 la casa de discuri Crimson și oferă o panoramă a carierei lor muzicale. Setul cuprinde în total 42 de piese, printre care se numără hituri ca Moving on Up, Search for the Hero, One Night in Heaven sau How Can I Love You More?
În componența trupei au activat Heather Small (voce), Mike Pickering, Paul Heard, Mark Bell și Shovell.
