Marillion este o trupă britanică de rock progresiv înființată în 1979, care a îmbinat scena post-punk cu rockul progresiv clasic. Se numără printre cei mai importanți reprezentanți ai curentului neoprog.
Albumul Brave a apărut în 1994 ca al șaptelea album de studio al trupei, editat de Parlophone, și a ajuns pe locul 10 în clasamentul britanic. Această ediție include Steven Wilson Remix din 2018. Albumul cuprinde unsprezece piese, inclusiv compozițiile în mai multe părți Goodbye to All That și The Great Escape. Brave ocupă locul 29 în clasamentul revistei Prog Magazine „Top 100 Prog Albums of All Time”.
La album au participat Steve Hogarth (voce), Steve Rothery (chitară), Mark Kelly (clape), Pete Trewavas (chitară bas) și Ian Mosley (tobe).
