George Michael (pe numele real Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou) a fost un cântăreț, compozitor și producător britanic de origine cipriotă, unul dintre cei mai bine vânduți artiști ai tuturor timpurilor. În anii '80 a devenit celebru ca parte a duetului Wham! (cu hituri precum „Last Christmas”, „Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go”), iar ulterior și-a dezvoltat o carieră solo influențată de soul și rhythm and blues. Pe parcursul carierei sale a câștigat două premii Grammy, iar în 2023 a fost inclus postum în Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Compilația Listen Without Prejudice / MTV Unplugged a apărut în 2017 la casa de discuri Epic și reunește materialul de studio cu o sesiune acustică. Primul disc prezintă albumul Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1 (1990) cu înregistrări precum Praying for Time, Freedom 90 sau Cowboys and Angels. Al doilea disc conține înregistrările din MTV Unplugged — printre care Fastlove, Father Figure, Everything She Wants și coverul I Can't Make You Love Me. În total 21 de înregistrări pe 2 CD-uri.
