George Michael (pe numele real Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou) a fost un cântăreț, compozitor și producător britanic de origine cipriotă, care în anii 1981–1986 a activat în grupul Wham! și ulterior a devenit celebru ca artist solo influențat de soul și rhythm and blues. De-a lungul carierei sale a vândut peste 100 de milioane de înregistrări, obținând două premii Grammy și trei premii Brit.
