Omophagia este o trupă elvețiano-braziliană de death metal cu sediul în Zürich, care de la înființarea sa în 2006 creează death metal brutal și tehnic exigent, având o componență internațională ce reunește muzicieni elvețieni și brazilieni.
Albumul Rebirth in Black a apărut în 2022 la casa de discuri Unique Leader Records și aduce unsprezece piese de death metal tehnic. Piesa de titlu Rebirth in Black, cu o durată de peste șase minute, reprezintă momentul central al albumului, completat de trackuri brutale precum The Consequences of Guilt, Redemption in Self-Destruction sau The Plague. Albumul se deschide cu un scurt Intro și se încheie cu I Live for Your Death.
