The Picturebooks este un duo german care activează la granița dintre garage rock, blues rock și noise rock. Sunetul lor crud și piesele energice au atras atenția criticilor și a fanilor scenei alternative.
Albumul The Hands of Time a fost lansat în 2019 la casa de discuri Century Media și conține 11 piese. Înregistrarea combină elemente de blues rock cu garage punk și accente de noise rock — printre piesele remarcabile se numără Howling Wolf, Electric Nights și titulara The Hands of Time. Albumul oferă un sunet energic și în același timp crud, caracteristic formației.
