Shaggy este un cântăreț jamaicano-american care s-a remarcat mai ales prin hituri reggae precum „It Wasn't Me” sau „Boombastic”. A câștigat de două ori premiul Grammy pentru cel mai bun album reggae. În 2007, a primit Ordinul Jamaican de Distincție.
Albumul Lottery a apărut în 2026 la casa de discuri VP Records. Conține treisprezece piese în stil dancehall, printre care titulara „Lottery”, dar și „Boom Body”, „Looking Lovely” sau cover-ul „Ain't No Sunshine”. Tema centrală este celebrarea vieții, dansului și culturii dancehall jamaicane. Albumul a fost lansat pe vinil LP.
