Howard Shore este un compozitor canadian de muzică de film, autorul muzicii pentru peste 80 de filme. A devenit celebru datorită coloanelor sonore orchestrale monumentale pentru trilogiile Stăpânul Inelelor și Hobbitul.
Albumul Anthology: Paris Concerts pe LP oferă o selecție a compozițiilor sale de film înregistrate la Paris. Materialul include fragmente extinse din muzica pentru Frăția Inelului și Hobbitul, precum și piese din filmele Catania, Esther Kahn și Eastern Promises. Albumul este un dublu LP, care prezintă o trecere în revistă a operei compozitorului pentru mari proiecte cinematografice și drame de cameră.
