Coloana sonoră a filmului The Last Man on Earth (1964) aduce muzica compusă pentru acest horror science fiction cult de Paul Sawtell și Bert Shefter. Filmul cu Vincent Price în rol principal este una dintre primele adaptări cinematografice ale romanului lui Richard Matheson I Am Legend.
Compilația este lansată ca un dublu LP și conține partitura integrală a filmului – 46 de piese care surprind atmosfera lumii postapocaliptice dominate de vampiri. Ediția pe vinil colorat (verde neon cu fum albastru) se adresează colecționarilor de muzică de film. Printre piesele principale se numără Main Title, Vampire Bop sau Raging Inferno.
