Cat Stevens este un cântăreț și compozitor britanic cunoscut pentru muzica sa folk rock. În decembrie 1977 s-a convertit la islam și a adoptat numele Yusuf Islam. În 2014 a fost introdus în Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Compilația Collected pe 3 CD-uri rezumă perioada cheie a creației sale. Include piese cunoscute precum Father and Son, Wild World, Morning Has Broken, Peace Train sau Moonshadow, dar și înregistrări mai puțin cunoscute și versiuni live. Albumele Tea for the Tillerman (1970) și Teaser and the Firecat (1971) au obținut certificare triplu platină în SUA. Discul Catch Bull at Four din 1972 a ajuns pe primul loc în clasamentul Billboard în primele două săptămâni de la lansare.
