Type O Negative a fost o formație americană de gothic metal din Brooklyn, înființată în 1989 de Peter Steele împreună cu Kenny Hickey, Josh Silver și Sal Abruscato. Trupa a obținut disc de platină pentru albumul Bloody Kisses (1993) și disc de aur pentru October Rust (1996).
Colecția Complete Roadrunner Collection prezintă întreaga operă a trupei pentru casa de discuri Roadrunner Records, pe șase CD-uri. Aici veți descoperi albumul de debut Slow, Deep and Hard (1991), albumul revoluționar Bloody Kisses (1993) cu hituri precum Black No. 1 și Christian Woman, atmosfericul October Rust (1996) cu piese ca Love You To Death și coverul Cinnamon Girl, întunecatul World Coming Down (1999), melancolicul Life Is Killing Me (2003) și ultimul Dead Again (2007).
