Black Sabbath se numără printre pionierii heavy metal-ului. Formația engleză, înființată la Birmingham în 1968 de vocalistul Ozzy Osbourne, chitaristul Tony Iommi, basistul Geezer Butler și bateristul Bill Ward, a definit genul cu primele trei albume și a influențat generații de trupe rock.
Albumul Technical Ecstasy a fost lansat în 1976 ca al șaptelea disc de studio al formației. Această ediție specială include albumul original remasterizat în 2021, mixuri alternative realizate de Steven Wilson, versiuni inedite până acum ale pieselor, inclusiv She's Gone (Instrumental Mix), precum și înregistrări live complete din turneul World Tour 1976–77 cu clasice precum War Pigs, Black Sabbath sau Children of the Grave.
