Dokken este o trupă americană de heavy metal din Los Angeles care a cunoscut cele mai mari succese în anii optzeci. A vândut peste 10 milioane de albume în întreaga lume și a avut mai multe single-uri în clasamentul Billboard Hot 100.
Box-setul The Elektra Albums 1983-1987 a fost lansat în 2022 de casa de discuri Elektra și cuprinde patru albume de studio ale grupului din perioada celei mai mari popularități. Compilația pe 4 CD-uri conține în total 43 de înregistrări, inclusiv hituri precum Alone Again, In My Dreams sau Breaking the Chains. Reprezintă o retrospectivă completă a creației Dokken din epoca în care trupa definea sound-ul heavy metalului american al anilor optzeci.
În anul 2022 formația era alcătuită din chitaristul Jon Levin, basistul Chris McCarvill, bateristul BJ Zampa și Greg Leon.
