Grateful Dead a fost o trupă americană de rock fondată în 1965 în California, cunoscută pentru stilul eclectic care îmbina rock, folk, blues, jazz, country și psychedelia. Erau cunoscuți mai ales pentru improvizațiile lor live extinse și pentru baza devotată de fani cunoscută sub numele de „Deadheads”.
Albumul triplu Europe '72 pe vinil oferă înregistrări live remasterizate din turneul european al trupei din 1972. Albumul surprinde concerte din Londra, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhaga și alte orașe. Remasterizarea din 2022 readuce la viață piese precum Cumberland Blues, Truckin', Sugar Magnolia sau Morning Dew, care documentează puterea de improvizație a formației în perioada înfloririi lor creative.
