Helloween este o trupă germană de power metal fondată în 1984 la Hamburg, considerată una dintre pionierele genului. Albumele legendare Keeper of the Seven Keys Part I (1987) și Part II (1988) au consacrat-o drept una dintre cele mai importante trupe de heavy metal ale anilor optzeci.
Albumul dublu Ride the Sky - The Very Best of 1985-1998 a fost lansat în 2016 de casa de discuri Noise. Această compilație pe 2 CD-uri în digipack rezumă cea mai bună perioadă a trupei – include în total 29 de piese din perioada 1985–1998, printre care hit-uri ca I Want Out, Eagle Fly Free, Dr. Stein, Future World și piesa de treisprezece minute Keeper of the Seven Keys. Setul este completat de un booklet color de 16 pagini cu fotografii și noi notițe.
În componența din 2016 au activat vocalistul Andi Deris, chitariștii Michael Weikath și Sascha Gerstner, basistul Markus Grosskopf și bateristul Daniel Löble.
