Kreator este o trupă germană de thrash metal din Essen, fondată în 1982 de Mille Petrozza și Jürgen „Ventor” Reil. Alături de Destruction, Sodom și Tankard formează așa-numiții cei patru mari ai thrash metalului german.
Albumul Krushers of the World a apărut într-o ediție box limitată ce conține 2 CD-uri și 2 LP-uri. Primul disc oferă zece piese de studio — de la riff-uri rapide și necruțătoare („Barbarian”, „Psychotic Imperator”) la fragmente melodice întunecate („Tränenpalast” cu invitata Britta Görtz) până la imnuri zdrobitoare (Krushers of the World, Satanic Anarchy). Al doilea disc surprinde treisprezece piese din concertul de la festivalul 70000 Tons Of Metal în 2023 — o trecere în revistă live a clasicelor precum Extreme Aggression, Terrible Certainty sau Tormentor. Producția muzicală a lui Jens Bogren subliniază intensitatea și maturitatea trupei, care rămâne fidelă rădăcinilor sale, dar nu se teme să împingă limitele thrash-ului mai departe.
