John Lennon a fost un cântăreț, compozitor și chitarist englez, care a devenit celebru în întreaga lume ca fondator al trupei The Beatles. Parteneriatul compozițional Lennon/McCartney se numără printre cele mai de succes din istoria muzicii. După destrămarea Beatles în 1970, a continuat ca artist solo.
Compilația Signature Box a apărut în 2010 la casa de discuri Capitol Records, ca parte a seriei „Gimme Some Truth”. Setul de unsprezece CD-uri conține în total 119 înregistrări remasterizate – albume de studio, selecții și piese anterior inedite. Aici veți găsi piese clasice precum Imagine, Working Class Hero, Jealous Guy sau Woman Is the Nigger of the World, care surprind întreaga amploare a carierei solo a lui Lennon.
